Buddy Sessions

Bring a friend or family member to turn your PT session into a buddy session for added motivation and fun. Your session will still be personalized even with 2.

Pricing:

Personal Training (1-on-1)
• 1 session per week: $70 
• 2+ sessions per week: $60 per session

Buddy Training (2-on-1)
• 1 session per week: $45 per person
• 2+ sessions per week: $40 per person

*All sessions are 45 minutes.
