
What to Expect
Our group training runs in structured 4–8 week training blocks designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and achieve real results through progressive overload.
Each block focuses on key lifts that repeat weekly, allowing you to track your progress through our workout app while still enjoying enough variety in every session to keep training fun and challenging.
To make sure every member feels supported, our classes are capped at 20 people. Our coaches provide exercise modifications and progressions tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and any injuries — making our training suitable for everyBODY.
Each week includes:
