No matter your age, gender, fitness level, training history... THIS IS FOR YOU.

WHAT TO EXPECT

At LIV STRONG, our group training program runs in 4–8 week training blocks designed around progressive overload to help you achieve real, measurable results.

Each training block includes focused lifts that repeat weekly, giving you the chance to track your progress while still keeping things fresh with variety in every session so you’ll never get bored.

​

Our group sessions are capped at 20 participants to ensure every member receives personalized attention. Our coaches tailor exercises to suit your individual needs, abilities, and any injuries, making our group training truly for everyBODY.

Each week includes:

2 Lower Body Strength sessions

2 Upper Body Strength sessions

1 Cardio session every Wednesday

Saturday Bootcamp to finish the week strong

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

WE HAVE 3 DIFFERENT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

UNLIMITED

$58 per week

Gain unlimited access to group sessions, including Saturday bootcamp, and enjoy full access to all workouts through our app. The app allows you to track you progress plus train remotely when needed.

$38 per week

Access two group sessions per week from Monday to Friday. Saturday bootcamp can be booked separately. You can also add our workout app onto this membership for an extra $10 per week.

PART TIME

Different Membership Options

Attend our males-only class every Tuesday 

5:30-6:30pm with Coach Nathan. This session alternates between upper & lower body workouts. Available with any group membership or as a casual class pass.
