EVERFIT ADD ON

WHAT IS THIS?
At Liv Strong you can have access to our WHOLE group training PROGRAM via our training app (Everfit).
​
Those who have an unlimited group membership have access to this automatically.
​
However if you have a part time membership you have the option to add this to your membership giving you the ability to track your weight in the gym on the app PLUS be able to complete the other workouts for the week on your own outside of Liv Strong while STILL following the same program (giving you a hybrid approach to your training).
COST:
$10 per week on top of your Part Time Membership (total $48 per week)

ACCOUNABILITY COACHING

WHAT IS THIS?
If you are wanting help in more areas of your health and fitness accountability may be for you. This is a replica of our '8 Week Lifestyle Transformation' but all year round where you will work directly with Head Coach Olivia.

You will start by completing a goal form which will help us create a personalized plan for you to achieve your goal.
​
We will then set both specific training and nutrition goals.
​
You will be required to complete weekly check ins to ensure you are staying on track plus so we can make any necessary changes to the plan.
​
This is only available to Unlimited Group & Personal Training Clients.
COST:
$15 extra per week on your current membership

PT CLIENT ONLINE PROGRAM

WHAT IS THIS?
If you are a current Personal Training client at Liv Strong and want to train more times per week but not do more PT sessions, we can help you!

Your PT coach can provide you with a full Training program with 3-5 sessions per week (depending on the individual).
For example: You can do 1x in person PT session but you are provided with 3 other sessions to do on your own during the week.
​
Your program will be written specifically for you, your goals, you ability plus what equipment you have access to.​
​
You will have the ability to upload photos for your coach to give your feedback, track your weights plus get continuour motivation and support.
COST:
$10 per workout (this will depend how many session you are wanting per week)
