BOYS ONLY CLASS
Our Boys Only class is designed to males learn how to train safely, confidently, and effectively in a supportive environment.
This session focuses on building strength, improving technique, and creating a positive relationship with fitness, all within a community that encourages connection, confidence, and good mental health.

This class is for males only and is coached by our male coach, Nathan.

Session Time:
Tuesdays | 5:30pm – 6:30pm

How To Join:
This class is included in both our Part time and Unlimited group memberships.
